Emperor Palpatine曾當上銀河共和國**議長，在眾多絕地武士之中巧妙地隱藏身份，既控制議會、亦暗地策動「複製人戰爭」，*後順利推翻共和國建立了銀河帝國並當上**任皇帝。此外，Emperor Palpatine更在《星球大戰VI：武士復仇》電影中，企圖以黑暗原力把Luke Skywalker殺死，但他低估了Darth Vader 因Luke Skywalker 垂死掙扎而引發的殘存內在善念，*後反被Darth Vader 抓起來投入第二死星反應爐的核心而隕滅了。擅長以極致還原度人偶工藝製作各式高端珍藏人偶製品的Hot Toys將動員團隊特別為星球大戰史上*具謀略與狡詐的反派角色 ─ Emperor Palpatine 製作成1:6比例珍藏人偶。全新雕製與塗裝的Emperor Palpatine高度像真頭雕由Hot Toys韓籍藝術總監JC Hong和頭雕師Hwan,Kim聯手打造，憑着他們鬼斧神工的雕刻與塗裝工藝，高度刻劃出角色陰險狡詐的眼神、曾被深度電傷的面部皺紋與歹惡的笑容表情，同時施以細膩的塗裝工藝掃上皮膚顏色和紋理細節，展現出Emperor Palpatine 令人畏懼的一面。此外，Hot Toys如實按照Emperor Palpatine年老駝背的體型，特別塑造了一個高約29cm、具30多個可動關節的人偶素體，更重點於頸部和手掌飾有層層乾紋，製作的嚴謹度盡善盡美、一絲不苟；同時配合上整套由內到外地參照電影原版戲服的物料質感與布紋所精心製作Emperor Palpatine服飾，包括: 一件黑色有帽外袍連扣針配飾、一件灰色的長袍和一對啡色短靴。配件方面，將配備了兩組黑暗原力仿閃電組件、一枝拐杖和一個配有一張可替換地台咭紙的角色人偶地台。



以上為普通版本的造型與裝備設定，而豪華版本的Emperor Palpatine 1:6比例珍藏人偶將額外附上一個備LED 亮燈功能的專屬王座和一把Luke Skywalker專屬的光劍柄，當中Emperor王座上的每項設計與細節，包括: 整體呈弧形的線條、王座頂部飾有仿機械細節、以及扶手位置的按鈕和頂部內側內置的LED 發光燈效，均準確按照電影設定所製作，絕對是星戰迷不容錯過的極級珍藏。
